A clear way to get in touch.

This website provides information about Turning Pointe Acupuncture and its in-home services. It contains a short contact form for scheduling questions. Patient records, intake forms, receipts, and secure messages are handled separately in Jane, the practice's patient management system, at turningpointeacupuncture.janeapp.com. This website does not collect health information.

Inquiries

The contact form sends your name, email, optional phone and town, and your message to the practice's email inbox. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person; Turnstile may process connection details to do so. The message is delivered through Resend, an email delivery service, and then handled by the practice's email provider.

The Email Cara link, shown when the form is unavailable, opens your own email app instead. Either way, please use these channels for scheduling and general questions, avoid detailed medical information, and remember that an inquiry does not confirm an appointment. Messages are kept only as email in the practice's inbox.

Website delivery

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection and usage information to deliver and protect it. Information such as an IP address and browser details may be handled by the hosting provider. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains its practices.

Patient paperwork

Cara will explain the intake and consent process before an appointment. Forms are completed in your Jane patient account, which Jane operates under its own privacy policy and terms; the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices is provided there. This website information page is not that notice.
